From The Orlando Area:

From I-4 Westbound: Take the 436 exit (#92, old #48) and go left or east on Highway 436.

From I-4 Eastbound: Take the 436 exit (#92, old #48) and go right or east on Highway 436.

Then go 1 mile past the Altamonte Mall and turn left on The Hermits Trail. Sam Seltzer’s Restaurant is across the street from Hermits Trail on the right hand side of 436. There is a playground on the corner of 436 and Hermits Trail. Our office building is behind the playground. Turn right into our parking lot.

From 17-92 Southbound: Turn right on Highway 436.

From 17-92 Northbound: Turn left on Highway 436.

Then follow 436. Go over the railroad tracks. Turn right on The Hermits Trail. Sam Seltzer’s Restaurant is across the street from Hermits Trail on the left hand side of 436. There is a playground on the corner of 436 and Hermits Trail. Our office building is behind the playground. Turn right into our parking lot.

From The Melbourne/Titusville Area:

From I-95 Northbound: Take 528 Beeline Expressway West to I-4 East. Then take the 436 exit (#92, old #48) and go right or east on Highway 436.

From I-95 Southbound: Take Highway 50 or Colonial Drive to I-4 East. Then take the 436 exit (#92, old #48) and go right or east on Highway 436.

From The Villages/Lady Lake/Leesburg/Tavares Area:

From 441 Orange Blossom Trail Southbound: Take Highway 436 East. Follow Highway 436 and pass over the I-4 interchange. The Altamonte Mall is shortly after the I-4 interchange on the left-hand side of 436. Go 1 mile past the Altamonte Mall and turn left on The Hermits Trail. Sam Seltzer’s Restaurant is across the street from Hermits Trail on the right hand side of 436. There is a playground on the corner of 436 and Hermits Trail. Our office building is behind the playground. Turn right into our parking lot.
