Alicia Rogers, MA, CCC-SLPAlicia Rogers, MA, CCC-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist who specializes in adult swallowing problems, silent reflux, and voice disorders at ENT & Plastic Surgery Associates. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Central Florida and completed her Internship at the MD Anderson Cancer Center at Orlando Regional Medical Center.
Alicia has been performing flexible endoscopy since 2016 and has conducted thousands of studies. She brings more than 12 years of experience across hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health, and outpatient clinics, including pulmonary and cervical spine centers.
She evaluates and treats a wide range of voice concerns, including muscle tension dysphonia, presbyphonia, spasmodic dysphonia, vocal fold injuries, hoarseness, throat clearing, chronic cough, vocal fatigue, and pain or strain with speaking. Alicia works with high-demand voice users—such as teachers, singers, lawyers, and performers—as well as anyone noticing changes in their voice or swallowing.
Her philosophy of care is to listen closely, explain things clearly, and ensure each patient understands what is happening and how to get better. She believes in providing practical, everyday tools that help patients feel more comfortable, confident, and in control of their voice and swallowing.
