Nour Safa, PA-C

Nour is a graduate from Ithaca College's Inaugural Physician Assistant program and throughout her career, she has tried her best to demonstrate a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes, particularly in rural and underserved communities.

As the founder and president of the Muslim Association of PhysicianAssistants (MAPAS), she is committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the medical community. Nour's research efforts have explored the impact of organizational DEI culture on burnout among physician assistants, highlighting their dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
