When you check out of the office after your appointment today, we will make a copy of your written prescription for the test and obtain a copy of your insurance card. We will send this information to Florida Hospital for scheduling.
Within 3 business days, Florida Hospital will contact you to schedule your appointment. If you are not contacted within 3 business days, please call Florida Hospital Scheduling at 407- 303-9611.
On the day of your test or procedure, you must bring your test requisition, your insurance card, and picture ID with you.
We should expect to receive your results within one week of your test or procedure. If you have not heard from us within one week of completing your test, please call our office.
If you have made your follow-up appointment before you have completed your exam(s), please be sure there is enough time so that all the results and scans will be here for that appointment. If you have not yet made your follow-up appointment, please call our office to schedule that appointment. Florida Hospital will send the results of your scan along with your films directly to our office.
